I am a full time mom & wife, part time server & part time "girl in the office" for a concrete contractor, just trying to fit in a little fitness wherever I can. In April 2011 I turned 40 and realized I had better start doing something to get into shape because I am officially becoming old. Between my work schedule and my kids sports & social lives, conventional fitness classes were not in the cards. I needed something that I could do when I had a spare 30 minutes. I used to run back in school so I decided to turn back to that. Thanks to my friend Sarah's advice, I took the Running Room's Learn to Run Clinic (online of course) and havent' looked back.
